New Info: Warm UP 12:30 for 1.00pm start @ Medway Park.
This is a "sign out gala". Swimmers must notifiy their coach if they are not going to race any event in which they are entered before warm-up/even earlier if possible. This is to ensure heats do not include empty lanes and so that the gala can be run efficiently. The withdrawl slip is attached, can this be printed/completed, and passed to a coach at the gala/before.
We would like to draw your attention to the Medway ASA 50/200m Gala on the 11th November and have pleasure in attaching an entry form for completion if you wish to enter. This year the cost has increased slightly to £3.00 and it is the intention of Medway ASA to license this event (please note that this is subject to confirmation once the license has been granted) - so as to enable any swimmers achieving a Kent qualifying time to be able to use these times to enter the Kent Championships.
I understand that swimmers have to be at least 9 years old as at 17th March 2013* in order to enter and each of the events are Open’s; with no awards given. The warm-up times/starting times are yet to be confirmed. Entries to Jenny/Ingrid via your squad coaches by 8th October please. There is no upper age so any Masters’ wanting a swim. *Confirmation from Medway ASA required following receipt of license/rules.
