TRAINING DAY Saturday 28th DECEMBER 2013
Following the successful Training Day in September 2012 we have arranged another session for 2013 on Saturday 28th December at the Strood Pool from 10am to 4pm for 9 to 13 year olds.
As before, the day will include pool sessions covering starts, turns, stroke drills and stroke work, plus some land training, which will take place in the Sports Hall of the Strood Centre.
Medway ASA have again been fortunate in securing the services of Tony Smith, head coach at Canterbury, along with his assistant coach. Swimmers need to bring a packed lunch, snacks and drinks, plus all their swimming gear (including a change of swimming costume if possible). Cost for the day will be £18.00.
Numbers will be limited, and applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Applications must be received by December 7th.
We recommend that you speak to your own coach before applying, so that they are aware of your intentions to attend this course.
